Orders and Service

We recommend placing orders in advance during peak hours to ensure availability. Menu items are subject to availability and may vary seasonally. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.

Delivery and Pickup

Delivery areas are limited to our designated service zones around Barstow, CA. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on weather, traffic, and order volume. For pickup orders, we recommend arriving within 15 minutes of your scheduled time to ensure food quality. Late pickups may result in order cancellation after 30 minutes.

Pricing and Payments

Menu prices are subject to change without prior notice. Full payment is required at the time of order placement for delivery and pickup orders. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and valid gift cards. Applicable taxes and delivery fees will be added to your order total.

Gift Cards and Promotions

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift cards do not expire. Promotions and discounts may not be combined unless explicitly stated. Special offers are subject to terms and conditions and may have expiration dates.

Food Safety and Allergies

Please notify us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your order. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that our food is free from allergens due to shared cooking equipment and preparation areas. Southern Twist is not responsible for allergic reactions resulting from consuming our food.

Refunds and Satisfaction Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us at (442) 235-0499 within 2 hours of receipt so we can address your concerns promptly. Refunds are not provided for food items, but we may offer replacements or store credit at the discretion of management.

Liability

Southern Twist is not responsible for food-related illness or allergic reactions resulting from consuming our food or beverages. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings while on our premises. Our liability is limited to the cost of the food or service provided.

Restaurant Policies

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Outside food and beverages are not permitted in our restaurant. We are not responsible for personal belongings left on the premises.
